The Ultra CDP II Plus is Kimber’s 2011 addition to the CDP family. The Ultra CDP II Plus is one of Kimber’s two Plus models – the Plus model features a 3″ barrel but full size frame. It is basically the opposite of the Compact model that has a short frame but 4″ barrel.

The Ultra CDP II Plus is ideal for shooters with large hands or those that just want a full size grip for more stability when shooting. The Plus is also ideal for concealed carry – those that want to carry in a shoulder holster will find the full size frame and short barrel a great combination as the barrel won’t protrude too much.
